Job Specifications:

E-commerce Customer Service OperationPre-alert Manifest & DO documentation Management.Knowledgeable in freight forwarding operations.at least 1 year experience in the field of Freight Forwarding and Logistics.Well verse in Customs Rule.Knowledge in Processing of documents of shipments and cargo.Good communication skills, with wide network capacity, aggressive, and smart.Proactive and good at problem-solving, has initiative and positive.

Job Duties:

Updates real-time cargo releasing status, in system, from actual arrival to custom clearance and up to last mile cargo hand-over.Daily sending of pre-alert docs to vendors.
