Responsible for the successful planning, organizing, implementation and execution of inventory and warehouse management, strategic sourcing and contracting strategies, processes and activities by integration and leveraging of
spend and opportunities across TOA Global sites in collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver significant savings and efficient operational services in support of Company’s goals and objectives.

se management system to get optimal value for SCM by:Spearhead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on PO, vendor and PR modules created by the Enterprise team;Provides the “to-be” procurement and SS process ba
sed on best practices;Assist in the design and in ensuring that mandatory requirements shall be part of the MSD automation process;Identify the “pain points”, creation of the SIPOC process and process flow chart for all SCM processes. Provide clear and defined guidance and training of other member of the Supply Chain team.Top-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes. Identify Opportunity Analysis (OA) ba
sed on spend analysis and categorization by regular collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that co
ntracting plans are aligned with management strategies, goals and Outcome Profiles (OP). Co

sed on the specifications, scope of work and risk analysis of the technical, legal and commercial teamsPrepares negotiation strategies by providing Most Desirable Outcome (MDO) and Least Acceptable Agreement (LAA) with technical and legal term and spearhead co
ntract and cost negotiations.Analyzes spend, market co
nditions and supplier profile to validate negotiation plans developed in coordination with Director and VP.Supervise co
ntract roll-outs to ensure alignment with stakeholders on major contracts.Co
nducts Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis ba
sed on bids received, market data, technical e
valuation validation by analyzing major cost drivers of the commodity purchased.Prepares recommendation for award ba
sed on various sourcing strategies such as consignment, Supply Agreement, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Blanket PO and identifies high level justification to the Director and VP.Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.Leads the strategic sourcing and inventory management team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Directs and coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfactionPlans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the strategic sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
Inventory and Warehouse Management
Supply Chain Management certification is stro
ngly preferred.Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory co

ses to manage and organize warehouse inventory.Supervise warehouse department to determine and set up intercompany transfers, current Stock-on-Hand (SOH) and inventory levels in all TOA warehouse to avoid shortages or zero stock level.Mo
nitors inventory level accuracy by doing a weekly inventory check and daily inventory and withdrawal report for IT equipment and peripherals.docu
ment daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.Order or prepare a Purchase Requisition for new supplies prior stock out to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).Provides FSN (Fast, Slow and Non-moving) mo
nthly report.Work closely with the IT department to create effective databa
ses to manage and organize warehouse inventoryOrganize and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed databa
se of available inventory and expected usage per projectPlan and implement supply chain optimization projects.Be able to compute and analyse ROI (Re-Order Point) of all SKUs in the warehouse.Reviews demand and be able to project TOA’s current stock level ba
