Key Responsibilities:
· Communicate customer’s forecast requirements to supply chain to ensure proper execution for planning, manufacturing and shipping of products.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Material Planning, Sales, Demand Management, Customer Service) to identify and mitigate risks associated with customer forecast misses.
· Track the inventory, freight, and delivery impact relative to customer forecasting. Work with internal/external customers where we do see forecast misses to mitigate the impact the above-mentioned metrics and improve customer satisfaction.
· Create and maintain customer forecast agreements and liability clauses to be signed by Company and the customer.
· evaluate and recommend process improvements and automation for existing reporting.
· Facilitate recurring meetings with customers and internal points of contact to drive depletion of unhealthy inventory resulting from forecast misses.
· Recommend part numbers to be added or removed from a forecasting program based on guidelines to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
· Support and lead key projects within the Supply Chain organization
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Excel and SAP
· Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, under presser and act quickly to changing priorities.
· Proven ability to initiate, organize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
· Presentation and negotiation skills with external customers
· Experienced in dealing directly with external customers, Sales, and Operations
· Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
· Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
