Respo
nsible for assisting the compliance officer in identifying risk exposures of the organization for both internal and external processes.Shall aid the compliance officer in the execution of policies or counter-measures which aim to address the organization’s exposure to risks.Supports the compliance officer with regards to the organization’s business co
ntinuity plan.Respo
nsible along with the compliance officer in ensuring that each employee is aware of their respo
nsibilities with regards to business continuity.Mo
nitors and report the overall employee compliance to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements from client.Ensures that all violations or potential violations are duly reported.Providing support, education, and training to staff in order to build risk awareness and compliance within the organization
Requirements:
Experience relevant to the role is an advantage but not requiredKnowledge in Information Security, Risk Management and Business Co
ntinuityGood communication skills, reporting skills, critical thinking, decision making in line with policy making requirementsKnows how to effectively manage productive time to attend to both tactical and administrative tasks
