Education:

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Promotes the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization.Performs cycle/physical counting of all the medical/hospital supplies.Retrieve requisitions from Materials Management System, fills in the order and issues to all end-users upon availability of the stocks and ensure charging of used supplies.Determine whether inventory quantities are sufficient; notifies the Purchasing Department to order more when necessary.Take inventory of and rotates stocked items daily to ensure that supplies are not expired; removes items out of inventory.Assists with placing orders and maintains inventory of supplies and fills requests if needed.Checks supplies upon receipt and reports discrepancies to the Purchasing Department.Assists in coordinating with purchaser to get the status of orders, delivery/co
nfirmation of time; notifies if problems occurred with the delivery; i.e short order, incorrect items, damaged items.Respo
nds to customer and supplier inquiries a
bout order status, cancellation or changes in order.Maintains approachable customer service attitude.Maintains a safe and orderly work area.Order, receive, and restock in accordance with the procedure.Secure emergency or critical items.Attend in-service education programs in order to meet facility educatio
