Job Description

Job Scope:

Customer Service:

Work with Regional Customer Service Team to coordinate on the required support needed to process client’s orders and instructionsWork with Regional Customer Service Team in rolling-out plans to improve the level of Customer Service to clientsWork with the local commercial team to plan and execute OrdersWork with client’s Planners and Regional/ Global Customer Service Teams in updating forecast information to support the Regional/Global raw material and logistics planningWork with client’s Quality Control and Regional/ Global Quality Control Teams in resolving order related complaints and issuesEnsure that clients are satisfied before and after sales serviceMonitor continuity of off takes of all regularly purchased and newly won flavors and coordinate with client’s Purchasing and Planners in a timely manner and delivery intervalsAct as the primary point of contact between local clients and internal (regional and global) Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations and Regulatory TeamsFollow through with the Customer Service Team of production sites, the status of current orders placedUpdate client’s Purchasing and/or Planning teams on status of their orders and their other order related requests and instructions including documentationCoordinate with Singapore Customer Service to send initial order confirmation to intercompany customers once dispatch date is available in a timely manner and request to expedite to meet customer’s schedule, if neededCollaborate closely with the local Finance and Admin group in managing incoming ex-stock flavors and scheduling their timely delivery to clientsWork with Account Managers and Executives to provide pre and post sales service

Regulatory Affairs:

Provide customers’ document requests:documents generated from DMS such as Allergen, Food Grade /confirm/iation, Technical Data Sheet (SG), Vegetarian Status, International Law ASEAN, Permissibility, Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) EU, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Halal CertificateRequest through DocReq (Lotus Notes) for Questionnaire, legal status, Letter of Warranty, irradiation declaration, GRAS statement, Nutritional declaration, Letter of Origin, Halal/Kosher suitability statement, Customized ingredient list, BSE/TSE statements, Miscellaneous supplementary documentsValid CPR RequestsFSSC/ ISO/ GMP CertificatesCompany Profile/ BIR/ SEC/Permits etc.Accomplish Vendor/ Supplier Accreditation FormCertificate of Product Registration (CPR) including monitor CPR Validity and Initial & Renewal ApplicationNew BOM ChangeCascade to PH Team any regulatory issues – Government news or changing regulationsCoordination with SG Regulatory
