BASIC FUNCTION Position Overview As a Senior Financial Analyst I, your focus will be on the financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting of operations for Insight’s finance department. You will be utilizing a broad range of accounting and finance principles for tracking Insight’s performance against a plan and budget, analyze business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and support the Sales, Product Management, and Services market leaders in making tactical and strategic decisions. Responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis, and planning support to the Sales, Product Management, and or Services leadership teamProvide guidance and recommendations to department and Executive leadership on their forecasts, budgets, and all financial aspects of their operational decisionsPerform process improvements and provide recommendationsAssist in providing value-added management reporting leveraging Power Business Intelligence (PBI)Create and maintain PBI reports and dashboardsProvide forecast, budget, variance analysis, headcount, financial reporting, CAPEX, OPEX, support and operational guidance to the Sales, Product Management, and Services leadership teamPreparation of quarterly and annual operations budgetsBuild and maintain Sales, Product Management, and Services financial modelsProject administrator for complex Sales, Product Management, and Services projectsReview financial reporting and accounting entries to ensure proper allocation Gather and organize complex financial data and informationLeverage Oracle and Insight tools to conduct ADHOC What you'll need to Join Insight Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting / Finance); MBA or other Finance discipline preferredMinimum 4 years’ experience in various Accounting and Finance functionsStrong analytical and conceptual thinking including critical/problem solvingAdopt a growth mindset with natural curiosity to learn and identify opportunities for process improvementEmbrace the “yes and” mindset of willingness to help and be a part of the solutionPerforms responsibilities end-to-end with supervision. Mentoring and training existing Financial Analyst and new talentExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively within various organizational levelsAdvanced MS Excel and PowerBi reporting skills. Intermediate SQL and SAP.Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced deadline orientated environmentAmenable for HYBRID setup and NIGHT SHIFT schedule
