Job Descriptions:

Deliver excellent customer service and assist clients in making travel arrangementsHandle end-to-end Domestic and International Booking processes from simple to complicated itineraries.Be able to quote fares from point to point to multi-city and handle multi-city exchangesSpecialized support and assistance to High Level and priority clients and complex "out of the box" problem solving - provide resolution based on existing portfolio and related travel policiesPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Candidate should have attained at least 2nd yr college level or College GraduateHas 1 yr. total related work experience (Travel Account)Has to experience in handling travel accounts - Leisure and/or CorporateExperience in using GDS (Global Distribution System) for at least 1 year or any booking toolsGood to excellent communication skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood Customer Service SkillsMust be Amenable to work onSITE in McKinley Hills, Taguig CityOkay to work in ROTATIonAL SHIFTCAN START ASAP!
