Job Summary
Customer Service Executive is responsible for attending to customer’s needs to the best of their ability. Processes customer orders, following up to ensure that products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Works with our customers, key partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to manage the order to cash process.Resolves any issue that maybe encountered and keeping external and internal parties up to date on the order progress in real-time.Manages all order requests from creating of Customer contract, sales orders, delivery note and generates billing/invoice.Ensures all orders are being processed with proper delivery instructions and accurate pricing.Closely coordinate with logistics, supply chain and local CS for feedbacks and support needed to execute orders.Respo
nsible for any billing dispute and closely coordinate with Credit and Co
ntrol team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably FinanceKnowledgeable in SAP (Sales & Distribution/Logistics)Knowledge of logistics or warehousing co
nceptsKnowledge in Order Management and Billing ProcessDetail Oriented with strong analytical and communication skillsAccounting Skills preferredMust have good English communications skills (oral & written)Amenable to work on a dayshift scheduleWilling to work o
