BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Handles the Warehouse Inventory Processes, Safety, and Internal Controls.Prepares & Submits Reportorial Requirements to Immediate Superiors.Mo
nitors Shipments Status both Direct and Local Transfers.Mastery of the company’s SAP-B1 / ACCPAC / HRIS.Partners with the Warehouse Analyst in the performance of Day-to-Day Activities, Operations, and Improvements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs the functions in the absence of the Warehouse Analyst as directed by Immediate Superiors.In charged of loading of dealers pull-out or any outgoing shipments with approved docu
ments.Coordinates with BOM for the stock allocations ba
sed on sales submission of Weekly Dealers Possible List of Withdrawals.Receives shipments arrival both direct and local transfers with proper docu
mentations.Prepares Incident Report for units received with defects / damaged and submit the same to safety in-charged for further investigation and reporting immediately.Ensures all asset movements must have an approved and proper docu
mentations. Assists and performs procedures necessary in co
nducting the inventory count by Accounting / Audit personnel.Co
nducts daily/weekly/mo
nthly inventory count. Reco
ncile and report immediately for any variances.Ensures physical safeguards of the warehouse properties.Coordinates with the Security and the Safety In-Charge for any incidents/accidents occurring within the AOR.Ensures cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the working environment.Mo

nnel (forklift operator) on matters of Receiving, Pull-out, or Shipments of the units.Ensures units received from direct shipment and local transfers must be docu
mented properly, coordinated to Head Office, endorsed to PDI (if required) prior to deliveries to dealers.Prepares and submits reports regularly:Inventory Report – Daily (4pm-4:30pm or before 8AM of the following day)Inventory Per Warehouse Location – Every Friday (4pm-4:30pm)Inventory of Crates – Every Thursday (4pm-430pm)Incident Report with Photos / Videos – Upon discoveryOther Reports as instructed & necessary.Ensures compliance to 6’S implementation, safety patrol, proper stock arrangement.Uses of barcode scanning in docu
menting transaction of receiving, pull-out, and transfer of units.Attends meetings (physical or virtual) as required.Suggests or implements safety and precautio
nary measures within AOR in coordination with the Safety and to the BOM: a) during long weekends or holidays; b) for information drive.Familiarity with the K-Solutions / SAP in processing transactions and docu
mentations.In-charge of supplies & other material requisitions related to the area of concern.Performs other related functions as maybe instructed by Immediate Superior/s.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Business related / Industrial Engineering course/sWith at least one (1) year experience in warehouse and logistics operations in the same Industry or equivalentBackground in SAP is an advantageGood verbal and written communication skillsAcquired Safety Trainings / Forklift Operation is a definite plusComputer literate (MS Office Applications)Knows how to drive four (4) wheel vehicle/sCan extend work during weekends / holidays when necessary
