Position Purpose:Responsible for the administration of policies and procedures for labor relations within the Company. Negotiates agreements, conducts grievance hearings.Specific duties & responsibilities:Specific duties & responsibilities:Generates and prepares HRLR reportsResponsible for the daily administration of general policies and program labor relations.Handles and mediates employee disputesEnsures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy.Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.Handle employee relation issues (Disciplinary Cases and DOLE Cases)Handles resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing lawsuits against the employer.Assist in the preparation of reports for legislated requirements or organizational needs.Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to internal customers.Prepares all documentation necessary for all case management concerns (Such as but not limited to NTEs, NODs, RTWOs, Admin Invites, etc.)QUALIFICATIONS:Amenable to work onsite in Commonwealth QC (No WFH)Amenable to work on the graveyard shiftWith at least 3 years of BPO work experience in Labor Relations (Specialist Level or higher) and must have working knowledge on PH Labor LawsGood writing skills with a high level of proficiency creating impact written communicationsGood communicator with eagerness to independently research new and creative ways for engagement eventsAble to independently manage multiple tasks with varied deadlines; a self-starter who can keep projects moving with little supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS ExcelAbility to exercise sound, independent judgmentStrong interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of basic HR concepts related to Labor Relations and change managementResourceful, very organized, results-driven, and solutions-oriented, follow through on commitmentsWith experience in representing the company in mediation/conciliation proceedings before the NLRC/DOLE/NCMB, etc
