Your Tasks + Responsibilities:The Treasury Manager or the Working Capital Manager is a member of the Finance department responsible to manage the Credit & Collection, Payables, and Treasury processes and Team. With direct responsibility over outcomes achieved on DPO and DSO and other working capital KPIs. Keeping overdue Receivables to a minimum and finding leverage on payables outstanding to optimize the Cash Flow. Manage the Working Capital Team and process - AR, AP, and Treasury FunctionsDetailed Responsibilities below:Proactively analyze and interpret financial information to identify, initiate and lead projects and actions to improve the cash flow of the companiesStandardize procedures to improve the efficiency of workflowsAlignment on improvements needed with the Tax team on Taxation related to AR & AP and lead implementationManage the Cash Flow, including weekly monitoring and reporting/alignment with Finance DirectorManage the Working Capital Account Balances from TB (Example, and not limited to Prepayment accounts)Manage relationships with Banks and other external working capital external providers such as Lawyers for AR Small Claims lawsuitsAct as the 2nd level of escalation on credit&collection issues and address/communicate with customers/internally to solve the matters.Managing or executing all necessary working capital requirements from Region and Corporate.Monthly ICS control for Working Capital ActivitiesTo liaise with the company's auditors on working capital mattersYour Skills + ExperienceGraduate of Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant.With 5 years of direct leadership and management experienceWith 10 years of experience in Accounting, Working Capital & Financial AnalysisExperience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding is an advantageFluent in verbal and written English communicationKey Attributes: Initiative and Resilience / Negotiation Skills / Confidence and decision making / Analytical Skills / Time management / Organization Skills / Willing to go for international and domestic travels for work as necessaryAdvance knowledge in MS Office Excel and OutlookVisit KNCareers.com
