Assist in the litigation function of the organization for all service groups/departments. The candidate shall be tasked to perform records keeping and management of all files from preparation, execution, dissemination to safekeeping. Candidate shall also participate on special project assignments and tasks related to its accomplishment. He/She shall undertake liaising tasks for governmental transactions with different agencies and quasi-juidicial bodies for the organization's interests.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Drafting of legal correspondences within lead time
2. Safekeeping and organization of vital litigation files
3. Submission of pleadings and papers to be filed in courts
4. Litigation management (organization of documents and evidence)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree related to legal management or underbar1 year related experienceAdept in formal letter writing
