We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Consultant at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to craft the future of their companies.
This role is passionate about supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative approaches for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Job Responsibilities:
Act as “owner” of specific dataset and/or marketServe as intermediary between Global Partners and Overseas Counterparts, Account Managers (Directors and Partners), junior staff resources (Analyst-Consultant) and ClientsLead the execution of annual survey productLead the annual data validation process for client submissio
nsManage projects from start to finish, translating client needs into analysis and benchmarking recommendatio
nsManage projects within agreed upon timeline and within budgetReview and be accountable for all methodology / analysis / output on each staffed projectProvide regular mentorship and developmental feedback to junior staffAssist in new business/firm development activities (e.g., white papers, trends reports, etc.)Assist in managing a business line’s revenue and expensesAssist in overseeing recruitment and training programs for junior staffAssist in ad-hoc projects, such as research and analysis on compensation practices for a specific sector / peer group
Suggested Skills and Experience:
5+ years of compensation or related experienceCorporate Governance and employee/executive compensation experience preferredStrong quantitative background and skillsHighly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communicatio
nAbility to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issuesHave an “eye for detail,” while not losing focus of the bigger pictureCo

Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics. Other majors will also be considered.
