Assist the contract management function of the organization for all service/group departments. The candidate shall be expected to perform, records maintenance, verification, and safe keeping. The candidate may also participate in special assignments relevant, material, and necessary for the accomplishment of tasks.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Contract/Instrument preparation within the lead time;
2. Safekeeping and organization of vital corporate files and other legal documents
3. Contract management (LRF organization/distribution to preparation, execution, notarization, filing and dissemination) in accordance with QMS guidelines and established framework
4. prompt submission of the required documents to relevant offices, agencies or, departments of the government.
