Job Description
Directs the documentation and monitoring of all regulatory local and national permits and licenses.Ensures timely submission of compliance documents to various government agencies and private institutions.Develops and implements regulatory strategies for assigned programs/projects.Ensures completion of product registration (initial, renewal, and amendment) and reviews regulatory documents prior to submission to regulatory authorities.Sources possible land property for acquisition based on directions/instructions from Top Management.Monitors status/situation of acquired land property on a regular basis to ensure the absence of illegal settlersand avoid other land property-related issuesReviews Real Estate Mortgage Papers and Chattel Mortgage Papers to be filed and released.Reviews submitted documents by car plan assignee for release of the vehicle’s Deed of Sale.Oversees computation of insurance premium charges with reference to car payment completion date andvehicle registration, and insurance coverage end dates.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.With at least 2 years of work experience in Legal documentation, Insurance Administration, and Records ManagementWith advanced skills in Liaising with Government Agencies & Private Institutions, Licensing & Regulatory Compliance, Office Management, and Software ApplicationMust be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
