Job Responsibliity Manage the Supply Chain Solutions project portfolio, assisting individual project owners with navigating the project lifecycle while building accountability and improving velocity and quality.Create and implement a consistent way to monitor and track progress against targets.Lead and participate as a subject matter expert on global cross-functional teams focused on improving processes, developing new capabilities, implementing systems, reducing risk, etc.Support supply chain with process improvement consulting capabilities.Serve as a continuous improvement SME; providing mentoring and coaching in the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies and initiatives, including building process capabilities, documenting processes, identifying sources of waste, and driving process improvements through standardized work.Job Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering. MBA degree preferred Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; Project Management certification preferred (PMP, Scrum master, or similar). Must have led at least two major cross-functional projects.Demonstrated high-level of project management skills, including planning, resource management, and execution. Possesses hands on knowledge in key Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and EXCEL. Experience deriving insights from very large datasets.Working experience with SQL, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools or programming skills is a major plus. Empathetic collaborator whose style builds commitment and engagement.Intellectual curiosity about determining root causes to solve complex problems.Continuously looks for improvements, owns/acts on problems, takes intelligent risks, and seeks opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.Clearly exchanges thoughts, ideas and messages through written, verbal and non-verbal methods that promote an understanding with the target audience.
