JOB DEscriptIONS:

Handles project for registration to government institutions and attend to clients inquiryPrepare and draft documents needed for the company registrationPrepare and draft different kinds of affidavits as required by the circumstances and government authoritiesPrepare and draft documents for the registration of companies in SEC, LGU,BIR and Social Institution and other government agencies applicable for the company that will be setupConduct legal research if neededProvide timely update to the clients about their registrationProvide corporate secretarial services to the client when needed.Shall be appointed as officer and/or nominee for the clients company that will be set up in the Philippines, when the need arisesHelps and supports the team in maintaining proper documentationAll other tasks that may be assigned by the Service Delivery manager when necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration/Legal managementKnowledge in government & company registration is an advantage.Law graduate is preferred but not requiredBPO Experience is preferred but not requiredWilling to start ASAPAmenable to work in Eastwood City, QC.
