Job Objective:
Reports to the Sr. Manager - Physical Security and OSH. Supports enterprise wide fraud and workplace violence & safety management efforts by enforcing company standards, programs, and processes, around fraud prevention, workplace violence, site safety and security investigation efforts. Supports organizational PCI efforts and ISMS contractual requirements by enforcing policy and assisting with PCI / ISMS audits.

njunction with business partners to include Risk, HR, Operations, QA, Customer Success and Legal.Prepares investigative findings in a comprehensive, coherent, and proficient written report that meet legal and regulatory requirements for presentations (e.g. courtroom proceedings, government proceedings); and testify to findings.Leads and participates in employee witness and person of interest (POI) interviews in relation to internal investigations.Respo
nds to critical incidents and liaise with law enforcement in providing evidence and presenting co
ncise factual updates to company leadership.Manage and prioritize a large and varied caseload effectively and efficiently.Enters, submits, and docu
ments security-related incidents into internal case management system.Support internal preparation efforts for upcoming PCI - DSS, ISMS, privacy and compliance audits.Reviews, analyzes., and summarizes internal reports related to the investigation to corroborate findings, as needed.Reviews processes and programs to co
nfirm compliance and the sufficiency of security controls.Knowledgeable of company policies (e.g. Clean Desk Policy, Information Security policies) and enforces compliance.Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Specifications (Qualifications, Skills and Experience):
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Business, Accounting or related field.Certifications in Security or Investigation, preferred.
Work Experience:
3-5 years of related experience, including liaising with law enforcement and government agencies.
Skills Requirements:
Manage your time effectively and be focused on setting clear objectives and priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Word Applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Above average written communication skills, proven ability to understand and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Good understanding of laws related to fraud, data privacy, theft, crimes against persons and properties.Basic understanding of human behavior and performance.
