Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Integration Support: Lead Developer
The duty for Integration support revolves around supporting the team on the setup of client projects, and partner integrations with client support items as they come from client support related requests.
ConnectCast Support
The duty for ConnectCast support revolves around supporting the team on the setup of new clients on ConnectCast with client support items as they come from client support related requests.
Management Support
The duty for Management support revolves around supporting the team on admin related tasks which need to be done each week or month.
Sales and Marketing
The duty ensures that new clients are added to the correct sharepoint; SOPs and Product Guides are updated; prepares linkedIn posts, and sales presentation power point are constantly updated.
Successful candidates who will be assigned to Night or Mid Shifts will get an additional 20%-night differential from their basic salary (Basic Salary + 20%).
