QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Course (2 years), any field.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.Basic Computer skills, MS Excel, Word, & OutlookExperienced in resolving of discrepancies/Reconcilation to mantain accurate inventory records.Good moral and written communication skillsMaintain a high level of customer service orientationFast Learner and can adopt to processesFamiliar with Warehouse Management System.Inventory Management.Full-Time position(s) available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for actual counting and checking of stocks per storage locations.

2. Reconcile and correct physical stocks vs system based on count sheets on hand

3. Performs back to pick line of stocks

4. Assist sorting of stocks at quarantine area back to storage location.

5. Responsible for actual pallet count and empty bin for warehouse utilization

6. Log all issues encountered during cycle count and report to Inventory Analyst / Supervisor for action

7. Performs GWP and 5’s at designated area.

8. Coordinates with stockman and Operator for back to storage location

9. Coordinates with Inventory Analyst and Officers for variances encountered during daily count.

10. Performs task that may assigned by Inventory Analyst and Immediate Head from time to time.
