Job Qualifications:Graduate of BS Customs Administration or equivalent.Good in English (written and oral)1 year working experience in Logistics (import and Export) is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledgeable on Customs processes and laws.Positive, self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, very keen in detail, fast learnerJob Descriptions:Application of NTC Permit, payment online and monitoring status of NTC permits.Creation of shipping documents, Proof-reading the shipping documents.Coordinate and follow up copy of delivery receipts with forwarders.Application of the payment of Duties and Taxes and GPF in OAResponsible in checking new memo and regulations issued by Port, CustomsEncoding relative Infos inOA and other assigned works.
