Radiant Logistics is a publicly traded global transportation and supply chain management company based in Bellevue, Washington USA.

OBJECTIVE

The primary role of the Invoice Processor is responsible for processing high volume of Transportation Payables invoices, import XML Vendor EDIs. This role also reviews data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Job duties may be added or taken away due to operational / business needs and requirements. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Processes vendor and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking outputMaintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.Maintains vendor confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years experience in data entry and invoice processing in a BPO industryComputer literate and proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent typing, data entry and English communication skillsHas knowledge and background in AccountingWilling to work in US/night shift and in Cebu IT Park
