Job Summary:
Responsible for quality standards, safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment and required to support general warehouse operations (Item Receiving, Put Away Locating & Picking)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follows standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy. documents and identifies all discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead;
2. Accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick list, and unload list
3. Perform a variety of physically demanding duties according to standard work instructions, such as manually loading and unloading goods;
4. Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehousing processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking, and loading customer orders and products;
5. Participates in process-specific training and adheres to all work instructions and guidelines established with regulatory standards such as ISO and GWP
6. Demonstrates and maintains a skill set capable of operating a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment. Examples include but are not limited to: computers, scales, pallet jacks, and a variety of motorized material handling equipment
7. Demonstrates and maintains professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel;
8. Follows all company safety, security, and housekeeping protocols. Respects; customers, company, property, and equipment;
9. Other duties may be assigned
Job Specifications:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG/ Meat Industry, cold storage /distribution facility
· Certification of Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II required
· Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedule
· Can withstand +10 degrees to -18 room temperature
· Can work with minimum supervision
· Detail oriented
· Team Player
