By joining us as a Sr. Business Analyst, you will join a group of passionate, dynamic, and customer-focused Data Analytics team. This role is key in delivering analytical support through reports generation, data management and data analysis. Support product data by maintaining service model and components tools. You will also have opportunity to collaborate with the team in streamlining existing processes and identify areas for operational improvements.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Prepare data by extracting or generating quantitative information from structured databases using non-standard queries and clean large data sets using statistical methodsAnalyze and interpret data using descriptive analytics and create engaging and insightful data visualizations and reportsMaintain and develop product databases and systemsWork on improving, streamlining and automating assigned processes to error proof and lessen processing time.Provide training and development for systems & program applicationsContribute to team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectivesPerform any other duties as deemed appropriate by line manager

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or similarAt least 2 years of experience in business intelligence analysis, data managementExperience gained from at least two (2) years in forecasting, demand planning or business planning in a manufacturing related businessProficiency in MS Office applications especially MS Excel, data visualization tools such as Power BI are a must.  Candidates with SQL proficiency have an advantage.
