a. Attend preliminary investigations, dispute resolutions and mediation, including civil, criminal, administrative, commercial, election mediation and litigation, and special proceedings, including drafting of pleadings for submission to these tribunals/courts/agencies;
b. Handle labor issues which shall include, but will not be limited to, employment contracts, labor and occupational health and safety standards, employment severance or termination, employee misconduct, employment policies, retirement plans and benefits, corporate downsizing, collective bargaining negotiations and settlement of industrial disputes;
c. Handle special projects, incorporations, joint ventures and mergers, including drafting and preparation of the required documentation for the same; and,
d. Handle registration of trademarks, service marks, copyright, patents and utility models with the regulatory offices in the Philippines, including monitoring of infringing or confusingly similar works, marks, or inventions; opposition and cancellation proceedings; injunctive relief; and, intellectual property rights enforcement (civil seizure and search warrant proceedings).
Qualifications:
a. Candidate must possess at least a professional license;
b. Graduate of a reputable law school;
c. Preferably bar passer from the last two (2) bar exams;
d. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
e. With or without experience; and,
f. Two (2) to three (3) full-time positions available.
