Experience in Singapore Air Export coordinationProfessional email correspondence with internal and external parties of the companyEnsure all emails / communications are responded in timely fashion. Send quotation to customerBooking with the AirlinesArrange cargo receiving with warehouseTracking and advising clients on flight detailsSending the pre-alert Assist the department head of air operations in air export shipment operations in accordance with organisational policy and procedure, and in compliance with relevant local and international law and processes.Undertake the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of air export activities.Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import law and procedures; tariffs and duties; licences and restrictions.Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant air export activities and support in relation to the organization's sales and overall operating functions.Maintain personal ability in, and appropriate use of, all relevant ICT (Information & Communications Technology) and other systems within the air export function.Verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.Preparing cheques for agent clearance and preparing payment vouchers for submission to accounts.Monitor and submit all service provider’s / contractor’s / vendor’s Invoices, DNs and charge cost to the manager as soon as costing and charges are verified.Any other duties as assigned by the HOD/Management
