Skills and Qualifications:
(1) Have a degree in Legal Management, Political Science or Communication Arts or Attended at least 2 years of law school with subjects on Obligations and Contracts, Corporation law and Labor Law 1 and 2.
(2) At least 1- year paralegal work experience with familiarity with SEC, BIR, DOLE, DTI and LGU processes.
(3) Proficient in English and has excellent oral and written communication skills.
(4) Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office functions (i.e., Office, outlook, SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
(5) Team-player, outgoing and open to challenges.
(6) Willingness to travel (field work) and open to flexible work hours.
Roles and Responsibilities:
(1) Assist and provide administrative support on the following matters.
1) Drafting and preparation of company registration documents and other corporate documents.
2) Preparation, drafting, reviewing, and filing of documents, pleadings, and other submissions.
3) Keeping and organizing all corporate and legal records of club companies
(2) Research and prepare memo reports on assigned legal matters.
(3) When applicable, attend and represent the assigned companies on quasi-judicial and administrative court hearings, proceedings and other related processes.
(4) Coordinate and interact with the national, local government and judicial authorities to ensure compliance to government regulations.
(5) All other matters assigned by the Associate General Counsel.
