Job Responsibilities:
The position will handle legal and business compliance matters, covering business contracts, labor relations, and tax concerns, and ensure organizatio
nal legal matters are managed properly, efficiently, and the relevant stakeholders and business units are given proper advise, guidance, updat
es and reports, when necessary.Drives co
ntract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, provision of legal guidance and/or co
ntract execution in both “standard”/template agreements for recurring business transactions and general co
ntractual agreements involving the Company, other than loan and financial transactions.Manages co
ntract change co
ntrol process and related correspo
ndence requiring legal input.Maintains a deep understanding of the Company’s co
ntract templates, co
ntracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on various matters.Prepares co
ntracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations;Interprets co
ntracts and advises sales, docu
mentation, construction, operations and collection managers on co
ntractual responsibilities;
