Basic Qualifications:
BS Civil Engineer, preferably Registered.Proficient in MS Office Applications.With good interperso
nal communication skills, both oral and written.At least 5 years of experience as a project inspector for civil/structural works of High Rise Building.Exposure to building co

Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for the following:
Respo
nsible for all Civil/Structural works at the co
nstruction site. He or she ensures that these works are in accordance with the latest drawings and specifications issued for Construction.Coordinates closely with all engineers of various trades/disciplines as to the needs and requirements of the project.Attends regular meetings with the owner, consultants, and project manager.Coordinates with various co
nsultants on design and co
nstruction issues and relay correspo
ndences and docu
ments for information, review, comments, approval by the co
ncerned consultant.Assists in the preparation of bid docu
ments necessary for tendering and awarding of the contract.e
valuate billings as submitted by contractors/suppliers, and assists the Project QS in the resolution of variation/change orders.Co
nducts in-process inspection of co
nstruction works, mo
nitors accomplishment as against project schedule, and recommends co
nstruction methodologies and/or alternative materials that affect the timely delivery of services.Respo
nsible as qualified to act as Safety Engineer when appointed at site thereby checks all safety and security measures installed/enforced in the co
nstruction site and make sure that these are properly operating.Ensures that all the materials used in the project meet the highest quality standards and specifications.Identify defects and prepare defect lists for review of the Project Manager and the Co
nstruction Manager and ensure the rectification of the defect.Exemplifies qualities that will motivate employees of loyalty, teamwork, and dedication to the company.Mainly respo
nsible for the preparation and verification of realistic, adaptable, complete, and accurate unit cost or pricing for cost estimates, cost studies, and detailed Bill of Quantities.Reviews all outgoing docu
ments, reports, and correspo
ndences with cost or pricing issues and co
ncerns prior to final review and submission.Attends special meetings or project meetings with Project QS, whenever required or applicable, particularly those with cost/pricing issues and concerns.-
