Assist in the contract management function of the organization for all service groups/departments. The candidate shall be tasked to perform records keeping and management of all files from preparation, execution, dissemination to safekeeping. Candidate shall also participate on special project assignments and tasks related to its accomplishment. He/She shall undertake liaising tasks for SEC transactions for the organization's compliance to the Commission.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Contract preparation within lead time
2. Safekeeping and organization of vital corporate files
3. Contract management (LRF organization/distribution to preparation, execution, notarization, filing and dissemination) in accordance with QMS guidelines and established framework
4. On time submission of compliance report to SEC and other government agencies
Qualifications:
