HCP Co
ntracting is respo
nsible for leading a client facing team for the processing of HCP co
ntracts on behalf of our clients. The tasks performed by the team include reviewing client work requests for accuracy and completeness, interacting with the HCP (Healthcare Professional, i.e. Doctors) regarding banking and payment information, ensuring co
ntracts are signed, and performing some back end reconciliation. Required to be very good with customer communication, and will be the lead representative of our work to the client. The CSM will be attending client meetings in order to discuss resources, process, and performance.
QUALIFICATION:
5+ years’ experience in leading a dynamic global team. Should be detailed oriented in order to think through the use of systems and related processes.
