Job Responsibilities:

Welcoming clients and understanding their preferences/needsAdvising haircuts based on clients face shape, hair type and conditionUndertaking basic and advanced hair cutting techniques like layers, graduated hair and blunt cutWashing, shampooing, conditioning and drying as well as blow drying clients’ hairSuggesting various hair cuts and styling options according to the client’s facial featuresProviding various hair treatments like rebonding, thermal reconditioning and spasSuggesting different hair colouring methods like highlights, global and balayageUsing various hair styling tools like scissors, trimmers, straightener, curler and blow dryerAnalyzing hair condition and recommending hair care products like therapeutic oils, hair masks and serumsDoing head massages, hot towel treatments and root retouchingRecommending and selling in-store hair products whenever possibleSuggesting medical treatment for chronic scalp conditionsProviding basic beauty services like facial threading, facials and manicures/pedicuresTeaching hair styling on wigs to inexperienced and junior staffChecking and maintaining inventory of hair care productsManaging and scheduling appointments and addressing walk-in queriesMaintaining cleanliness of the salon, Cleaning and sterilizing all hairdressing toolsYou will be greeting and understanding the clients requirements before offering any suggestions.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Hairdresser to tackle all our clients hair needs.Applicant must be willing to work in Doha
