The Role
As a Change Manager - Tasked with playing the key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee and client adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and organization structures. The change manager will have to coordinate with many others in the organization to implement the agreed adoption plan

How you'll contribute
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.Co
nduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Provide input, docu
ment requirements, and support for the design and delivery of the training program.
