 Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing, monitoring, and providing reportorial requirements and disclosures to the SEC, PSE, and BIRWill conduct legal research on various subject matters and issuesProvide administrative support to various members of the legal, administrative services, and external affairs department

Qualifications

Member of the Philippine BarWith at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate law practice, such as contracts drafting and review, general legal advisory services as well as litigation and litigation managementMust have experience in taxes and compliance
