General Manager

Oversee all aspects of the skin care product business of the Company including strategic planning and execution of the growth and expansionResponsible for the achievement of operational and financial results Develop an overall sales strategy across the businessManage various departments such as Product Development, as well as Sales and MarketingDeveloping a business plan, including forecast on financial and return on investment. Leading the implementation of the strategy, including setting up of retail stores, operations, systems and organizationManaging the performance of the retail business, focusing on key indicators such as profits, operational efficiency and consumer behaviorManaging the other works of the organization like setting goals and targets which are efficient performance indicatorsPeriodic reviews and updates to management on current trends, state of the business, and calibration needed to rapidly grow the businessLead a team and providing sound leadership and coachingCo-ordinates with Market research agencies to get feedback on existing products and on their availability & brand equity.Interacts with all employees on a regular basis to understand their key concerns and ensures development of systems and policies that are enabling in nature.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing and related disciplinesShould have at least five years above of relevant working experiences from FMCG or skin care industryStrong business acumen, mature and proactive, hands-on personality with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership, negotiation and problem solving skillAbility to lead a team to success and work in a matrix reporting environment
