Managing the staff schedule and performance, and provide opportunities for staff training. Ensure customer service needs are met and resolve client complaints. Oversee salon conditions in terms of appearance, cleanliness, safety and supply inventories are stocked. Responsible for accepting payments, balancing the cash register and generating sales reports, banking, budgeting and other financial matters and ensuring that profit is made. Serve as the salon’s primary liaison with the head office.
