Responsible in assisting the execution of right-of-way for the project, particularly validation of documents such as, but not limited to title, tax declaration, lot plans and other ownership documents.  He/she will coordinate and monitor the overall progress with the ROW consultant, coordinate with the third-party surveyor with respect to survey of affected parcels and the lot plans for the right-of-way and conducts legal due diligence and maintain a database of all property documentation.

Qualifications:

   Must have at least 2 years of experience in real estate transactions and documentation.   Basic knowledge about real estate documents (such as land titles and etc), process and proceduresZAMBALES AREA
