JOB OBJECTIVE/S The Internal Audit Assistant is responsible for performing individual internal audit projects, as part of the total internal audit plan. This responsibility includes performing internal audit procedures, preparing internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed. Work performed will include coverage of functional and operating units, focusing on financial and operational processes.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular audit in stores and prepare internal audit reports.Conduct annual inventory count including trade, marketing, nontrade and fixed assets.Assist in review of department processes within and outside the system.Conduct compliance audit based on the Company's policies and proceduresAssist/ make recommendations to improve internal control procedures.Assist in adhoc projects

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BS Accountancy graduateCPA board passer is an advantageAt Least 6 months to 1 year audit experience in audit firms/private companiesKnowledge of accounting and/or auditing principles, practices, concepts and systemsKnowledge in retail business financial and operational processes
