We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide support to our clients.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and helping with the backend process of the business. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Google Meet, and Zoom.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
· Email and Calendar Management
· CRM Management
· Social Media Posting and Engagement
· Editing SIMPLE Video, Audio, Contents, YouTube, and Graphics
· Answering Calls/ Call Backs/ Follow-Ups
· Data Entry such as document Copying, Screening, Sorting
· Researching, Listing, and Database Building
· Helping with On-Boarding/ Webinar/ Workshop
Qualifications
· High School grad w/ at least 6 months work experience in any field
· Bachelor's degree graduate - no work experience requirement
· Good English communication skills, both in written and verbal
· Knowledge of Microsoft Platforms/ Google Platforms
· Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
· Strong time management with a sense of urgency
· Organized and self-driven
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· With back-up equipment
· With a stable internet connection and backup
· Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
