Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Answer outbound calls and respond to customer’s emailsManagement and resolve customer complaintsIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsProvide product and service information to customersResearch, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable softwaredocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresFollow up customer calls where necessaryUpsell products and services

Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills

At least Senior High school graduate or equivalentWith one year relevant working experienceProficient in relevant computer applicationsKnowledge of customer service practices and principlesExcellent data entry and typing skillsSuperior listening, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to handle stressful situation appropriately
