The Role: Who are we looking for
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that will be responsible in handling the customer’ insurance needs.
What will keep you busy
• Answer routine inbound calls related to insurance billing inquiries, payments, enforce status policy, and mortgage verification questions.
• Expected to maintain an average handle time of 5 minutes and update the system of record with clear notes, send emails to departments involved and escalate calls as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• College level or college graduate equivalent
• Applicants must possess a minimum of 6 months to 1-year general experience, or equivalent college level education
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Computer proficiency – experience with MS office preferred
• Accuracy in data entry
• Demonstrates excellence and fluency in the English language
• Must understand or be able to learn basic insurance billing practices of homeowner’s policies
• Flexible working hours – ability to work in shifts and adapt to new demand
