Job Summary:

Responsible for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of all store deliveries and orders in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA). Coordinates with relevant department for Order Management Group (OMG) concerns. Manages and handles all queries and concerns from the clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the jobWith at least 3 years of experience related to order management and customer service. Experience gained from any food service industry will be an advantageExcellent communication and coordination skillsCan handle a teamProficient in using MS Excel application and knowledge in using ORACLE system will be an advantageFlexible; can work on a shifting schedule and weekends. Also, if needed during holidaysWilling to work in Marikina City
