Handle clients' travel booking inquiries via email and pho
neMaintain sound relation with clients' travel managers and travelersPropose optimum travel plan and suggestion to clients' (balancing the cost, time and convenience)Handle booking/change/cancelation in air ticket, hotel, rental, car, railway and etc.
Job Requirements
Business proficiency (oral and written) in EnglishExperience in the tourism industry is a plusExperience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferredExcellent cross-cultural communication skills as well as teamwork skillsWork closely with relevant Team/Group Leaders to fully understand both
