Job Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound & outbound customer inquiries via all platforms including email, website and live chat.
* Customer communication via online live chat platform.
* Follow-up internally and externally relating to customer service inquiries.
* Performing continued exceptional customer service through our website with conversion and return customer focus in mind.
* Assisting with refunds to maximize customer satisfaction journey.
* Assist with any ad hoc Ecommerce duties when needed.
* Working closely with the in-house Warehouse Team to liaise and resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role or strong retail experience.
* Positive attitude towards both customers and team members
* Keen ability to problem solve and identify areas of opportunity (like upsell and cross sell)
* Patience to actively listen and engage with our customers to understand their needs.
* Ability to communicate in a branded yet professional tone of voice.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
McAsia Foodtrade Corporation is a newly established corporation in March 2012 that aims to be a major supplier of Asian Cuisine Ingredients in the Philippines. A direct importer of Japanese dry food items that are currently being supplied to different restaurant chains, hotels and food institutions in Metro Manila and a few in Visayas Region.
