职位描述
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Requirements:
Senior Highschool or completed at least 2 years in Collegewith at least 6 months of BPO experienceAmenable to work onsite, night shift/shifting scheduleGood communication skillsStrong will and commitment to the jobcan start ASAPwilling to attend an onsite interviewSalary range: 22k to 30k for the package
