The Sr Webcasting Analyst will manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients, and will be responsible for the scheduling, coordinating and delivering of corporate events via teleconference or the web. He/she will establish best practice with clients for the optimal customer experience, and will have client retention as a key measure of success. Moreover, the Webcasting Analyst will work closely with internal teams, e.g. Account Management, Sales teams, as well as telco vendors, in the fulfillment of these responsibilities.
