Billing and Collections Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes;Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy;Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt;Track the rate of success of the entire process and continue to make adjustments when necessary;Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up to make sure the payments are made;Ensure that all customer invoices are free from error, and reflect the agreed upon terms within each contract.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related courses;With at least 2-5 years experience in the related field is required;Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Taguig.Hardworking, flexible, keen attention to details and can work with minimal supervision;Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;Knowledge of various collection techniques;Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;Strong leadership skills;Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
