In this capacity, you will be given the opportunity to ensure the support team is assisted in Tier 1 escalations while maintaining an excellent resolution rate. Pilot new processes and procedures and suggests modifications to ensure that implementation within the team will be successful. Assists and does backup for all Order Entry Administrator tasks. Creates operational reports for division contact use. Closely monitors and reports trends on assigned general task inbox.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Complete Order Entry

Validate customer POEnter Data/Order/Items into Business SystemUpdate order/quote records/data/status in Business SystemSubmit Request for Address Book set-upGenerate, Upload and Forward Invoices (Business Systems/Customers)

Manage Record

Log InquiriesRecord New CustomersMonitor incoming emails in common mailboxes.

Mailbox Management

Acknowledge receipt of customer emails/POs/RFQs.Update order/quote record/data/status in Business SystemMonitor incoming emails/orders in common mailboxes.Acknowledge customer emails/POs/RFQs.Allocate Requests/Tasks/Emails to appropriate individual/support group (Workload and Escalation Management)Track and log orders/requests receivedRespond to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from mailbox and identify need for escalations

Handle Escalation

Escalate requests for model creation to the appropriate support groupEscalate model configuration issues to product configuration solutions teamEscalate requests to Tool Administrator for systems[1]related concernsEscalate commercial inquiries to factory /Escalates pricing issues to appropriate support groupCoordinate with other teams/support to complete the request of customerRespond to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from mailbox and identify need for escalations

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

Graduate of any 4-year courseAt least 1.5 years’ experience in related documentation management, data entry and/or data administration support or functionsMS Outlook – MS Office ApplicationsAble to maintain and distribute reports using MS Excel from RAW DataBusiness writing standardsApplicable business processes & system tools - (Oracle, CRM, PNMU, JDE, SharePoint)
