In this capacity, you will be given the opportunity to ensure the support team is assisted in Tier 1 escalations while maintaining an excellent resolution rate. Pilot new processes and procedures and suggests modifications to ensure that implementation within the team will be successful. Assists and does backup for all Order Entry Administrator tasks. Creates operational reports for division contact use. Closely monitors and reports trends on assigned general task inbox.
