Sales Support Representative (Inbound) Hybrid

We help our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for product information management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digital marketing.

ResponsibilitiesOrder processing of all sales ordersReturns processingCustomer service including invoice, order ETAs, tracking requests.Backorder management to ensure all product is on order and inbound without issue.Coordination with purchasing, shipping, and returns departments.Reaching out to vendors for pricing and additional informationAssisting the inside and outside sales teams with related tasks and processesKnowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel Spreadsheet.Creating Sell Sheets and tracking and monitoring of orders.Supporting Other Sales Representative and their needs.Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in inbound sales or sales support-related positionPreferably a graduate of Management, Marketing, or related coursesHas excellent oral and written communication skills and can interact across multiple departments and with clientsMust be organize, can effectively manage time and can prioritize tasksMust be able to thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to plan, organize and have problem solving skillsProvide excellent customer service and has professional phone skills/mannersMust be amenable to work in Ortigas CenterOpen to work in shifting schedule (Day, Mid, Night).Amenable to Hybrid/onsite Work Setup
